About Me
Hi, I’m Hannah Luong.
SureSteps was born from a deeply personal experience that shaped my perspective on the importance of fall prevention. When I was just 8 years old, my grandmother suffered a devastating fall that led to her passing. It was a shocking and emotional event for my family, and it left an indelible mark on me. Her memory and the desire to prevent others from experiencing such loss inspired me to create SureSteps.
This passion drives everything we do, from choosing innovative solutions to working closely with trusted partners to deliver high-quality products. At SureSteps, we focus not on individual faces but on the collective impact we can create together. Our goal is to provide practical and effective solutions that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
